The custom color match process enables you to request a unique color, not in our Signature Collection. Please allow at least one week for this process to be completed. Here's the procedure:

1. Initial Consultation: Our process starts with an in-depth consultation to understand your desired color, project requirements, and any preferences you have. We’ll discuss the scope of your project and the colors you aim to achieve. If you desire to match a favorite paint color, we have access to many major brand paint swatches and could discuss them in the consultation. We may have already matched a color you are interested in and can advise during this consultation whether the service is necessary.

2. Estimate: Following the consultation, we will estimate the anticipated time needed to create your custom pigment. This estimate will include the cost of the service and your custom pigment. Custom Color Pigments start at $50.
3. Precision Color Matching: You will provide an inspiration sample. Our team then works meticulously to match your desired color using high-quality pigments and materials. We keep you informed throughout the process, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
4. Acquire your Custom Color: Once the process is complete, we send you a sample board with your color and the corresponding name of the color. The invoice for the Color Match service will come at this time.
5. Order Pigment: This custom color will be saved to your file. Visit our Members Only Supply store for ‘Custom Color Pigments’ and choose your quantity. Immediately after placing your order, send us a message stating your color choice and order number. Our team will send a separate invoice for the cost of the pigments.
