Having moved to Bozeman in 2000, Kara has been immersed in the environment and culture of this valley for over two decades. With a master's degree in psychology and a breadth of professional experience, she is adept at empathetic, equitable and straightforward people management. Kara produces effective strategies and organization goals while communicating with contractors, subs, homeowners and employees. Her infectious humor and kind demeanor bring an approachable perspective to her leadership role as Field Manager. When not organizing erratic schedules, navigating human resources, or buzzing around project sites, Kara can be found in the mountains, and spending time with her fifteen year old daughter Stella.
